In the company, we want to improve our competitiveness and increase the added value per employee through a comprehensive digital transformation. The company will implement the robotic arm, profile gauge, and Manufacturing execution system as part of this operation. We will set up websites and e-portals for customers and purchase hardware and associated licenses. At the end of this operation, we will perform a penetration test. We will put great emphasis on employee education in order to significantly increase our digital competences.

The main goals are:
- Start of digitization of four key processes
- Successful implementation of the first robot
- Successful implementation of the profile meter
- Increased transparency and optimization of the production process (MES program)
- Raising the digital competences of employees
- Reduction of paper transactions
- Setting up a website
- Establishing an e-portal for customers
- Improving the experience of our customers when working with us

The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund as part of the Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic in the amount of EUR 99,820.
